RWB Todd is a Past master and Past Secretary of Allen Lodge #276 in Columbiana, Ohio and a Past District Deputy Grand Master (2003-2004). A Grand Lodge Officer, appointed in 2004, RWB Todd is a member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Right Valley of Youngstown, Al Koran Shrine and Youngstown Shrine Club, 24th District Association, East Palestine Chapter and Council, and St. John's Commandery, Order of the Eastern Star Chapter # 428, and Chapter 3 of the Masonic Motorcycle Club. RWB Todd resides in New Waterford, Ohio with his wife Pam. Pam is a teacher at Crestview Elementary. Their son, Morgan, is a Geologist and a Master Mason member of Washington #17 near Cincinnati. Their daughter Shannon is married and a Teacher, living in Columbiana, Ohio.
